"Palestinian Affairs" launches an electronic services platform for service recipients

                                      

        The Department of Palestinian Affairs launched the electronic services platform for service recipients for citizens in the thirteen Palestinian refugee camps in the Kingdom, the Director General of the Department of Palestinian Affairs, Engineer Rafiq Khirfan, spoke about the content of the platform, its most prominent goals, and the mechanism for dealing with it.

 

Kharfan said that the platform’s objectives are to achieve the vision of the Department of Palestinian Affairs by saving service recipients effort and time so that all procedures respect human dignity.

Kherfan added that the platform has ended the trial period, which was for one year, and its official launch began at the beginning of 2024

Regarding the objectives of the platform and the services provided by Bin Kherfan, the platform includes 33 electronic services for service recipients, such as: the application service to benefit from royal honors, the recruitment of people from the Gaza Strip, and regulatory services such as a building permit, work permits, electricity and water, profession licenses, and other services in a way that ensures ease for citizens and saves time and effort.

He pointed out that the mechanism for dealing with the recipient will be through entering the website of the Department of Palestinian Affairs, having the recipient create an account for himself, registering the account information, and then entering to submit the request for the service he wants.
