 in order to raise the level of services and improve them. If you have any suggestion or complaint, please submit it in one of the following ways:

First: through the electronic form below

Second: Fill out a paper form located in the Suggestion and Complaint Boxes in the main office & all our field office

And we will contact you by phone immediately after receiving the complaint

 The proposal / complaint will take about two weeks to be studied and answered
