The camp is located a half Km from the city of Madaba, it follows administratively the Madaba Governorate

Camp area: 111.526 Dunums

Population estimate: 10500 people

Number of families: 1200 family

Number of housing units: 312 unit

Number of clinics: 1 managed by UNRWA, 1 managed by the Ministry of Health

Number of schools: 2 schools (for boys and girls) managed by UNRWA (double shifts system)

Number of Youth Clubs: 1

The municipality is responsible for discharging the garbage from the camp to outside

There isn't a field office for the Department of Palestinian Affairs in the camp but there is a Camp Services Committee headquarters
